Watch the inspiring launch event for Author and Teacher Rahel Asgedom's 10 new children's books!
These specially prepared books for children are written in Tigrinya, Tigre, Bilen, and English languages. Their main goal is to help our children develop a reading culture in their native languages.

The book launch event took place at the Eritro-German Hall and was attended by many children, parents, and guests.
Speakers at the event, Dr. Salih Kanda and Abona Tekie Tesfay, highlighted the importance of such valuable work. Author Rahel explained that she prepared the books together with her two children and other friends.
Rahel Asgedom has previously prepared 16 children's books, making a total of 26! Beyond her teaching career, she volunteers weekly to read to children and actively participates in reading clubs. She is truly an inspiration ("Always on the Move"!).
