ከምቲ ዝበሎ ድማ ህዝባዊ ሰራዊት ኣብቲ ካብ 17-19 መጋቢት 1988 ዘካየዶ ደምሳሲ መጥቃዕቲ ኣብ ውሽጢ 48 ሰዓታት ልዕሊ 20 ሽሕ ወተሃደራት ኢትዮጵያ ክቐትልን ክማርኽን እንከሎ፡ ብርክት ዝበለ ወንጨፍቲ ሮኬታት፡ መዳፍዕን ታንክታትን ድማ ማሪኹን ኣቃጺሉን።
